Event Regulation
- Vehicle allocation will be, 20 prewar and T series, 15 MG A, 15 MG B, 5 MG F e TF, 5 RV8, 4 Midget, 4 MG C, 2 YA-YB. The organizing committee reserves the right to any exception to this.
- For statutory and legal obligations, at least one person in each car must be a current member of the IMGOC. Annual membership is eu 50. If you are not yet a member, it is possible to join using the following link: https://www.italianmgownersclub.it/associarsi-al-club/
- The registration period closes on March 15th
- Registrations will only be accepted following the completion of the registration form for this meeting. If the registrant does not receive any negative answer within two working days after submitting the registration form the registrant may consider the registration to be accepted.
- After the tacit acceptance of the registration the participant must pay within the next ten working days either a deposit of € 1.000 (one thousand Euros) or the full amount.
- If the payment of the deposit will not be done within the next ten working days, the reservation will be automatically cancelled
- In the case of payment of a deposit, the remaining amount must be paid latest by March 15th 2023.
- The first 70 crews who will register will be admitted.
- If the number of registered exceeds the 70 expected, a waiting list will be created.
- PENALTY AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
- Any cancellations will be subject to the penalties as by the general conditions of sale of the Guidi Tour srl, available at the following web address: http://www.guiditour.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/InfoGeneraliEN.pdf
10% of the participation fee up to April 5th;
30% of the participation fee from April 6th to April 20th;
75% of the participation fee from April 21st to May 5th;
90% of the participation fee from May 6th to May 13th;
100% of the participation fee from May 14th to the day of departure;
- SUBSTITUTIONS:
In case a registered participant is not able to participate due to serious personal circumstances he may, subject to consent of the organizer, pass his booking to another registrant on the waiting list.
- PAYMENTS:
- Deposit at the time of registration, balance due no later than March 15th, 2023
- A copy of the bank transfer must be immediately sent by e-mail to: info@fusaroli.com and to info@guiditour.com
- If within April 24th the down payment has not been received, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the reservation should be made again.
